Chantel became a real estate agent because she wanted to make a difference. Her tenacity and drive helped her achieve Master’s Club status in her first year. With a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and years as a transaction coordinator for a top real estate team, Chantel is able to advocate for her client’s success at the very highest level.

“I grew up in Merced and graduated from Sacramento State,” she explains. “When I moved here I knew I had found my home! Now I am passionate about helping my neighbors as their housing needs change. All my clients become friends.”

Chantel’s client’s become close because of the high level of service she provides. She is an experienced professional who walks them through the process so they feel confident about their investment. She is there for every step of the transaction and beyond, often helping them find vendors and contacts even after they have moved in.

“One of my proudest moments as a realtor was helping first-time homebuyers who had complex financing get their dream home,” says Chantel. “I will do whatever it takes to help my client’s achieve their real estate goals!”

After work, Chantel likes to play golf, catch up with friends and family, and discover new coffee and taco spots.
